As I'm researching I notice the weather flashing ORANGE on my computer screen...."91 degrees".So, I click on it and it does say it is "91" with a severe Thunderstorm warning. (which it did arrive moments later like a little hurricane)
Okay...so where does 91 come in?
Ah, it's 84, feels like 87 when cloud covered and 91 in the sun????
It's 84, and the sun has you believing it's 87 with it's hypnotic rays, but it's really 91 and it's laughing at you because you only put on 15SPF????
